General Terms & Conditions for all options.

1. BOOKINGS & COMMUNICATION

You can use the "Book Now" button to book a Free Introductory Session or Zoom/Online Lesson (if you're not in Gisborne) from my website.  For all other bookings, please contact me. 

 

Bookings are subject to availability of timeslots. Booking reminders are emailed 24 hours before a booked lesson, to the email address you sign up with. If your details change, please let me know so I can contact you. All communication is via email, unless I urgently need to contact you then I will text/call.

We don’t work per term – lessons are continuous throughout the year.  We are closed during public holidays and usually close at the end of the year (dates will be confirmed).

2. PAYMENT

For in-person lessons, payment is via EFTPOS at the lesson & receipts are available if required (surcharges for non-swiped non-eftpos payments may apply).  Zoom/online lessons are paid at the time of booking via credit card.  

3. CANCELLATIONS

If you can’t make a lesson, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance as I can’t book out your lesson or recover the cost at short notice. IMPORTANT: all lessons not cancelled within this time-frame (for whatever reason) are payable and future bookings will not be made until payment has been received.

4. ILLNESS

For in-person lessons, please don’t attend lessons if you have any symptoms of illness at all, whether contagious or not (e.g. nasal drip, cough, constant throat clearing, etc.).  This is to protect your voice and the health of my vulnerable students. I can’t work if I’m ill, so this is non-negotiable please.

5. SINGING RESOURCES & COPYRIGHT

My singing techniques and resources are shared with my students in good faith for the purposes of their personal education, these are not meant to be shared outside of this setting as they can be dangerous if applied incorrectly and without my supervision. 

 

All information and files shared with you is copyrighted for your personal use only.  Please don't use my resources (e.g. backing tracks) to publicly perform or distribute any materials over the internet. 

 

Please no videos/photos or recordings are to be taken during lessons (without my prior consent).
